Monte Hermón has made efforts in the area of research and development in the cultivation of cassava.
As a result of this effort, we are members of the Chamber of Root and Tuber Exporters (CERYT) and Magic Roots
We have also managed to mechanize the entire field process of cassava cultivation: mechanization, lodging, mechanical and chemical cultivator, planting, tipping and harvesting of the product.
We have also ventured into the cultivation of banana, squash, sweet potato, and yellow sweet corn, which allows us to do all the traceability of them, as well as safety.
